Sometimes, I seriously HATE myself for being too NAIVE.....
Believing what people have told and promise me all the time....
Do YOU know how disappointed I am when the person that I trusted the most lied to me????  *Sigh....
I realized some people don't understand the promises they're making when they make them.... Maybe the promises don't mean anything to YOU, but it meant a lot to M3....
Please...... Don't simply make promises if YOU can't even keep it.....


P.S    Forgiving someone is easy but being able to trust them again is a totally different story...

At first I thought there is problem with the weighing machine.....

so....... YOU know what have I done????

I measured my weight for almost 20 times....

AND

YET

The result is still the same...  = ="

I seriously have to accept the fact that I, PHON KAI YING have officially GAINED WEIGHT!?!?!

Its the FIRST time in my life time my weight EXCEEDED 50kg!!! * FAINT.... T.T

Can ANYONE tell me, what had happened to me??? =(

I have taken the same amount of food and yet my weight keep on INCREASING...!!!!
